The combination of wood and glass with a loft accent are the hallmarks of the Modern house. The cottage has an area of 80 m2, consists of two floors and is designed for a maximum of 4 or 6 people. The cottage is year-round, has central heating and air conditioning. There is a chillout zone on the terrace - a 4-person jacuzzi.
